Fabricio Cano

I studied culinary arts at the prestigious San Ignacio de Loyola University in Peru where I developed my passion for fine food.

I enjoy preparing dishes from around the world, including French, Italian, Spanish, Modern and traditional British and of course Peruvian.

I have worked in award winning restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Devos in Belgium and the Talbooth in East Anglia and, more recently, I have worked in several cookery schools in London teaching alongside several celebrity chefs.

I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others in a fun and professional environment in the centre of one of the World’s great cities – London!

I love Peruvian food – ceviche, papa la huancaina and the delicious lomo saltado – beef, chili, onions, tomatoes, soy sauce and black beer stir fried and served with French fries and rice – which my Grandmother and Father make. Delicioso!

My advice for my new students would be; don’t be afraid of failure – it’s our mistakes that allow us to improve.
